Cabelas Dry Plus Revolution Fleece. It's quiet and waterproof. I got the uninsulated so I can use it in the early and layer under it during the late. It is usually on sale at Cabelas this time of year. Add a coupon to that and it is doable for pants and a jacket. I've amassed 2 sets over the years. My older set is at least 6 years old and it's still waterproof.

Riverswest Light top over Under Armour Cold Gear, Riverswest Pants alone. Carry fleece pullover as needed.  No sweat, dry.

I gave up trying to stay dry elk hunting on the wet side.  I either got wet from the outside in or inside out.  I just switched to wool, if I am going to be wet I might as well be warm.  I carry some HH for if I get caught in a real gully washer.
