"WYOMING"

x2. WY

Would suggest finding a high draw success area with trespass fees the first year.

Based upon my experience the WY units with large amounts of public access have less draw odds
Start doing the research now and make calls to F&G . Can pm some suggestions if interested

Idaho has terrible odds.  Unless you're archery hunting.   If you want to antelope hunt wyoming is the #1 spot to go.  Eastern Montana would be my second choice.
