Buy a couple cans of Bear pepper spray, spread peanut butter and jelly on the cans then wrap them with bacon. leave it outside in the yard. When he find it, bites down on the can and punctures it, he wll never come back :chuckle:
I would like to see that..  :chuckle:

Call the Game Department and inform them that you have a problem bear..If they tell you there is nothing that they will do for you,,tell them ok I'll just kill it and take care of the problem.. :hunter: :hunter: :bfg:

ser300wsm - We have done this to several Brown Bears in Alaska and it works great! They end up spinning around in circles balling like crazy and drive their heads into the ground and leave a very wide circle deep in the ground. They never come back to camp, guess they figure they can find something that taste better elsewhere :chuckle:

The pepper spray idea sounds like it may work.  We had also heard the hot pepper in a doughnut thing but never tried.  The trick will be getting it out of the dogs reach but still within the bears.  There are a couple of German Shorthairs that jump and climb pretty well at the house.  A couple of the neighbors said they are "taking care of it" but if it comes back I'll try the pepper surprise.  Thanks for the input.
