I think they are referring to the area up the ellensburg pass road behind the state green dot sign. People use that area for target shooting. I'd say as far as you can walk and stay on public land.

I assume he is tlaking Sheep Company. Coyotes come this side of the gun range so anywhere. It gets lots of pressure and the coyotes don't tend to stand there and watch. Carry chains, and a shovel. Avoid the deep mudholes that aren't froze.

I've shot a few right after the cattle gaurd so any where. Early morning is all I can say and if you get stuck call and I'll come get u out;). O and stay out of bell tell road and roza road now unless you have a pretty well built rig.

Head north. The snowbelt crosses just outside past huntzinger. Theres only 2 inches in Yakima. When the temp was banging around 32, one degree makes a huge difference in snow accumulation.

We're on Huntzinger just off Sheep Co. road . Had 12" here. I see coyotes from the back deck a lot. Stay on the old Durr road and do a little hiking . I have shot coyotes right at the shooting range.
