I butcher and process my own. Last couple of years though if I take a buck like in Idaho, I drop it off for charity as I have enough meat ussually. |

Usually do my own, my buddy has a grinder so that makes it nice. Every once in awhile I'll take some down to the butcher get some pepper sticks made though. |
