« on: December 14, 2010, 08:18:49 AM »
Planning a trip this weekend to go try a few spots along the snake for chuckar.  Is it still under a foot of snow over that way or has it melted off some?  may hit the yakima/vantage areas as well, same question lots of snow???

It's probably all gone. I was down by Colfax last week and most had melted off, it's been really warm and rainy for the last week-week and a half. Supposed to get more though.  :dunno:

No snow here, mabey by the weekend, but doesn't sound like enough to hamper your hunt.

is there anything we need to know about hunting the training center?  can you just drive out and start hunting or is there only certain areas you can access and hunt?
