Yes, you guys are right, but its North Dakota.  A now friend that I met in Wyoming Archery Elk hunting this year, sent me these same photos and videos of this buck, its his good buddy he took the video.  It is going to possibly be the new North Dakota State record.  You should see the whitetail that my friend killed there this year, it will go high in the books as well.
