Anyone want to share a good moist beef jerky recipe ? I will be using a Bradley Smoker for it.

Dont know about moist but the Sausage maker sells some great jerky seasoning called Uncle Abe's jerky seasoning easy to use and tastes great

Dang Huey, the cats out of the bag now. Uncle Abes has been the primary ingredient in my jerky for 20 years or better. Good stuff.

Yes it is good stuff I have not tried any other flavor but the original I want to try the other flavors just have not had the time really good stuff tho
