Pic up a set of regs and start reading. Just like most states these days - more complicated than in years past.

 Agree, took me bout a year to fully understand wheni started. I was used to fishing rules nvr hunted then I wanted too, looked at the game book. Wtf  :'( what does all this mean  :chuckle: but then I did my research asked around now its pretty str8 forward.
