Yelm has the option to lock and close the thread I believe, as the author (On most forums anyways, haven't looked on this one).  That's probably what he's referring to.

On numerous occasions I've found calls. . . During late archery in Winston a couple years back I found a Cow Girl call. . . In Idaho shed hunting this past spring I found a grunt call too.

Me and My dad found a dog in the clockum one time... it ended up being one of the sheep herders dogs its was tired and hungry so we put it in the back of the truck gave it food and water and found the sheep farmer.

I found a knife one time phesant hunting.

I also found a canopy from a truck in the clockum on an old logging road.

How about you guys go to hell... You know damn well I'm NOT YELLING!! Capital Letters or NOT!!

Why don't you go back to Hunters Education cause most of you on here are probably poachers anyways!!

To the other 90% that aren't good luck hunting and finding good things in the woods.

Sorry to hear about that guys truck that he lost out elk hunting... That damn wind sucks sometimes!!

since when is 10% greater then 90%? you need to relax and enjoy life. get a sense of humor.

Example: 10% of 100 = 10
             90% of 10   = 9

Well i have odd story this year elk hunting. I was hunting gmu 352 late archery hunt. 3 day of hunt i had hiked about 3 miles up this trail that leads to an old wood tree stand. Someone had rebuilt the stand so i climbed up. Just as i was getting comfortable i looked to my back which wasn't a open shooting lane. Under a fallen tree i saw pant legs and boots sticking out. My first thought was someone feel out of the stand. climbed down to investigate. AS i was pulling the branches bad noticed a face and hat. I thought oh no. I pulled the rest of branches away there was a sign on the chest. It read please don't take i use this dummy in the stand to get the elk comfortable with someone in the stand. I was glad that was a dummy.  :o

That's a crazy story beckbuzz, Someone took alot of time setting the dummy up.
Also this year while archery elk hunting I found a range finder some one lost. It was still in working order. Hopefully the person that lost it didn't miss a big 6x6 elk because of it.   :chuckle:   No luck finding the person that owned it.

two years ago. wasting some time in the Vail tree farm during deer season my dad found a pair of broken Nikon 10x50s  on a landing sent them to Nikon and  because they didn't have that make anymore they sent him the newer version of the ones he found. only cost him for shipping. my brother got a decent pair of glass from that deal. guess it wasn't a total waste of a weekend...
