question for the tuning gurus?

Actually I was wrong remeasured the draw length last night at like todd its almost 3/4" long.

From what I have read and even talked to a guy at Bowtech it is common for Bowtech bows to be long on the draw length.  Actually I think it is pretty common for most manufacturers.  Helps them reach that IBO rating.

Yep, pretty common.  Bowtech and Mathews can count on 5/8-3/4", Hoyt is nuts on, PSE is 1/4-1/2", Alpine is 0-1/8", Martins vary; at least these are what I get when I blueprint a bow for a buddy in my shop (not pro-shop, just at home).  I shoot a 29" cam on my Mathews to get my 30" draw length I need.  I set it up to be 29-3/4" on my draw board, and then tie in a tight, short D-loop to get the last 1/4"; voila, a 30" draw from a 29" cam.

Just got the the bow on a scale and it came in at 65lbs. I'm confused...

Also the bow shoots way left. I can't adjust my sight any more to the left. Bare shafts and fletched are hitting in the same spot

Not uncommon for them to pull a few pounds heavy.  5lbs may be a little much.  You might untwist each cable one full turn and see what you get.  Did you ever check draw weight with your old strings? 

As for shooting left.  How did you set your center shot and what rest are you using?  Did you paper tune to start?

Well I got the shooting left thing fixed but I'm too embarrassed to say what it was lol so if I untwist the cables it will decrease the poundage but won't that also affect my ata?

It will affect the ATA but not by much and I wouldn't worry so much about that.  There is some tolerance on those numbers.  Untwisting your cables will decrease draw weight and will also shorten draw length slightly.  Just make sure your timing stays on.

So what caused the shooting left problem?  Using the wrong eye?

Lol no not that stupid... I just bought a cheap p.o.s. Dovetail sight it has micro adjust for the windage but also has a slide adjustment. I found the slide adjustment on accident and that fixed the problem.
