From what I have read and even talked to a guy at Bowtech it is common for Bowtech bows to be long on the draw length. Actually I think it is pretty common for most manufacturers. Helps them reach that IBO rating. 
Yep, pretty common. Bowtech and Mathews can count on 5/8-3/4", Hoyt is nuts on, PSE is 1/4-1/2", Alpine is 0-1/8", Martins vary; at least these are what I get when I blueprint a bow for a buddy in my shop (not pro-shop, just at home). I shoot a 29" cam on my Mathews to get my 30" draw length I need. I set it up to be 29-3/4" on my draw board, and then tie in a tight, short D-loop to get the last 1/4"; voila, a 30" draw from a 29" cam.
