I am curious if we have any Pope & Young or Boone & Crockett measures on here. I understand that B&C changed there rules to allow broken antlers if approved by a board. But what about an antler that was shed. This antler did not break it just popped off at the pedicle as it was about ready to shed.

Sucks but nope, can't be entered to my knowledge unless the rules have changed and I missed the memo.  With permission, I'm happy to send the photo on to the Records office for an official statement regarding this situation, just so everyone gets the unfiltered response.  I know it's pretty common for late archery hunters in the PNW.

I'm not entering mine either. I know it's a Poper and that's all that matters. Don't need to publish in the book where all the quality deer are coming from. I know several people that do the same. There are a great deal of monster deer being killed that no one knows about.

I entered my first P&Y but I haven't entered any since. If I killed a booner I would probably enter it.
