Anyone watch tonight's show?  Supposedly a archery deer hunt in WA.  Both deer, a doe and a nice buck, killed with lumenocks.  I thought those were illegal here??

By either not reading the regs, or simply ignoring them.  Or, it really wasn't Washington??

As far as I know, the show is put on by a guy that lives in Washington, they probably were hunting somewhere else ?  , or they are pretty  and should expect a visit from enforcement officers.....

A while back i saw a bear hunt out by the coast that they hunted over bait with an outfitter and i believe they were natives is that legal for them and if so could the lumenocks be legal for them in places?

That's a good question, since they can bait on the reservation they can probably use lumenocks.  I wonder if a white guy could use lumenocks if they hunted the Quinalt bear hunts?

I believe you can use whatever you want bearhunter. Lumenocks, mechanicals, lighted sights, ect. As long as its ok with the tribe. Could be wrong tho.

That is correct. On the res it is all up to the tribe.

Most of the leases that the owner works are in Idaho.  Maybe they were there?

I saw the show also, and they did say they were hunting washington. WTF
