Another great site is
lensrental.com
I just ordered a 70-200mm F2.8L IS II on Tuesday and it arrived last night with return postage. I get to keep it through Christmas then send it back but it will give me enough time to play with it while the family is all together and to decide if that's the one I want. The customer service is awesome and ill be renting again for sure !!

B and H is about all you'd need
That's for sure. Knowledgable, quick and speedy service, never been disappointed when ordering from them.

Prices are also good and always fair. Yes you can find cheaper in some places, but again when dealing with electronics, glass and this much coin.....a good reputation is VERY important.
