Tonasket/Wannacut/Sinlahekin

Can someone pm me with some ideas where to photograph up there for winter range Muleys.  Worse comes to worse I'll hit the Sinlahekin for sheep.  I might end up at Wannacut for Christmas.  I know of one or two spots like TC but I haven't been there this time of year.   Also looking for info if I need sled, snowshoes, skis or can drive.

I think the road is Horse Coulee Flats or something along those lines. It's going towards Loomis. I've seen some Muleys up there that I
thought were elk. Google it to find out for sure.

You will need a sled to get off any main roads.  Horse Spring Coulee is all private ground from the road to any deer that might be there.  Your best bet is to get ahold of local guides and take pics off their late muley bait sites, lol.

i hunt over near that area but never been there during the winter so i'm no help. but you can't go wrong with the sheep near loomis...

DO they keep that road plowed during the winter down along the river between Concunully and Loomis?

i'm not sure. i can talk to some folks i know over there and find out. i imagine they would atleast keep Sinlahekin rd plowed.

sorry. didn't read your question well enough. i thought you were talking about the cut over road inbetween conconully and the sinlahekin rd. But it sounds like your actually talking about the sinlahekin rd itself... i will try to find out...

The Sin road is always passible, plowed or not.  Getting through to Conconully is another story.
