. In this thread the bait station is a place where the outfitter will set up a bait to get pictures of the deer on that particular lease. If you go to the Sportsman Show in January you will see pictures of awesome deer from game cams all over the state at the different outfitter booths. A lot of the outfitters and deer enthusiast will put out corn, alfalfa, mineral/food blocks post rut to see what made it through the season and where they might be hanging out now. Trust me there are LOTS of cams set up right now looking to locate deer for shed hunting and next seasons hunt. The recent really cold temps the east side had will bring the deer into easy food and that is a great time for pictures.
Outside of that relax and enjoy the site. A lot of times we read things differently then the poster intended....not always but most of the time
