Utah elk deadline

Anyone know the drop dead, or even the begining of the hunt app window for that matter?.....
Seems like last year I put in in January, but cannot find anything online....

This year the application period was Feb. 1  to 11pm Mar. 1.   Should be about the same next year.

It looks like Feb 1 to Mar 3 to me.
