lost shotgun at spencer island parking lot
« on: December 31, 2010, 06:30:14 PM »
yeah, like the title says... tonight i was 'that guy' that did what i swore id never do... i got distracted by a phone call when i was takin my gear off and left my gun leanin on the truck and proceeded to drive off. :bash: the only other rig in the parking lot was a 1980's short bed chevy pickup with a 'MUK' sticker in the back window, parked right next me. if you read this and wanna return the gun that would be awesome. it's a black winchester sx2. at spencer island on 12/31.

When you say spencer island parking lot are you talking about the park with with the boat launch??

Man I hope you get your gun back, I was hunting in the potholes 2 years ago, it was a 30min boat ride and my dad is dissabled so I have to take care of him, and all the dekes dog everything, no big deal, but as I loaded everything up I put my shotgun on top of the blind, we took off headed to the launch, got back to the motel, started taking stuff out and ohhhhhhhhhhhhh shhhhiiiittttt where's my gun? told my dad I gotta go back, hauled a$$ back to the powerline hole, and I was in a big hurry guys at the launch were like whats wrong? I told them, they said they would hang out at the launch while I was gone and ask people. I jumped in my boat left the trailer backed in the water, Throttled it was heading out WFO, there was another boat coming at me, as I watched them they held a shotgun in the air :) praise god they had it. It is just nice to know that most waterfowler's have great commodore... I feel your pain......
