  i don't understand why they changed it. you would think there would be more cougars east of the mountains, so how come you can hunt until the end of march on the west side  and only either nov.30 or dec 31 on the eastside? thats just stupid. we have too many cats as it is.

Im in South Cascades and season is over this month without a permit.     I might be able to make it to the coast this winter but dont know the areas that well.

Yep you are correct, I have been taking care of my sick baby girl been up the last 30 hours straight, will verify what I meant. I am leaving tomorrow to drive over there from Tacoma, 7 hour drive, so in my mind it starts tomorrow......
