It's been so long since I've been perch jerkin' I didn't know there was a limit.

Nice catch.

Yep, it's nice to have fish lake so close... 4th limit in just as many days makes for a lot of work cleaning those little guys. Just hanging on the ice waiting for my bucks to drop

The Russians are invading! Where do they all come from? I was surrounded by Russians yelling and littering and taking triple limits >:(. It's a good thing I went to highschool with our new local warden, he will be getting a call from me after today.

Yes, the fishing is hot. You hit the nail on the head, 2 to 3 hours a limit. Makes it hard to even drink a beer :chuckle:
Hopefully the law will start deporting soon!

Wardens wont do anything, we had them netting the spawning bass on Banks lake during a tournie, called it in and they never even showed up

So how do you fish for ice????  What type of rigging do you use?  How do you get that frozen chit to bite???

Whats so funny?? They were all a solid 9 to 11 inches, and fat. Blue fox jigging spoon tipped with an eyeball.

Is that about the normal size over there? Would not mind getting a couple in the 11 inch + range to mount up for a display.

Thanks
Joe
