Don't have one, but I've shot one.  They're a nice light bow.

I think the traditional bows are made in the Yakima area, gal said something like that when I took the factory tour. Bad memory. What was I talking about?

Yep made in Yakima.
I have done the tour. Pretty interesting.
Very nice helpful people there. Martin makes a good long bow and recurve for the money :twocents:.
I have 3 of them

This is surprising, since I thought that all Martin stuff was made in Walla Walla.

I took the factory tour 2 years ago in Yakima.
Met Larry Hatfield. Heck of a nice guy there

"In 2007 at the NAA and FITA Star Flight Championships on the Bonneville Salt Flats Flight Range in the US, a Martin Savannah crushed the flight record. While testing the prototype of the Savannah Longbow, Larry Hatfield broke the US National and World Flight Record by surpassing the old mark by a whopping 25 yards. Larry has been the General Manager of Martin's Howatt traditional bow plant at Yakima in Washington state, USA for 44 years. World Record Holder Larry Hatfield has dedicated his career to the quality of Martin's traditional line. His 44 years at Martin Archery has kept the traditional bowyer's art alive, so you can have the best bow available"

All Martin compounds made in Walla Walla.

As I understand it... The WallaWalla facility does all the training wheeled bows, the Yakima facility is the "Damon Howatt" label they either acquired or merged with.  The DH facility makes the traditional gear.

Any idea what that distance record is for the longbow?  Do they do them by weight class?
