proline bowstrings customer service... wow!
« on: January 05, 2011, 03:27:18 PM »
so as i was finishing up the final touches of getting everything fully dialed in and ready to go i made a booboo... i was burning the last piece of serving after re setting my peep (literally the last thing i had to do before the bow was perfect) and i wasnt really paying attention. im sure you can guess what happened to my brand new string... :bash: well i pm'ed proline over on AT asking if i could buy another string and explaining what had happened. the next day i got a pm back reading this:

Sorry if I laugh! But reading that last part, made me crack up.

Yes we can definately get you a new string made up, not a problem.

No worries, I will cover the cost on this one

If you could, let me know what color serving you had on there.

Thanks again, hope you have had a great holiday run!

Joe

That is pretty impressive, good way to keep customers and garner some more at the same time.
I didn't say it was your fault, I said I was blaming you.
If I ageed with you, then we'd both be wrong.

I bought a set of strings and cables for my Guardian from Joe in 2009 and was very happy with them.  He is making the strings and cables for Mailand bows also.
