HB 1009 Limiting the athority of SA to enter agreements with FEDS for ESA

Concerning the authority of certain state agencies to enter into agreements with the federal government under the endangered species act.
http://apps.leg.wa.gov/billinfo/summary.aspx?year=2011&bill=1009
It would seem that some of our Reps want to keep State Agencies on a shorter leash regaurding the ESA..
It esentially requires a vote of the legislature to enter into agreements... I think it is a good idea and one of my reps is a sponsor.. Atta boy Kirk Pearson! let your legislators know how you think!

Pearson is mine too.
Sent letter of support even though the form said 1009 was not a valid bill so I just left it out and put it in the subject line
THANK YOU Mr.Pearson for sponsoring this (1009)bill!!!
Respectfully
