Yes, i sent my 3.5x10 VIII into them a few years ago and they did a great job for very little expense. for mine i needed two things, a target turret, i picked out which one of the three that were offered, then of course i needed a dial, i sent them my calibre, specific bullet, specific speed, i picked a temperature and decided on an elevation. this is all on the chart you print out. fill out what ya want. i would call first just simply to ask questions, then send the scope and form in along with a note. rather than ordering more than one dial, i developed a range card for my gun using a ballistic computer for specificaly what i'm shooting (i shoot a factory hornady cartridge i like), so on the card i simply put in all my hold unders, based on temperatures elevations, degrees of angle and 10mph wind. its all on a card for quick reference, and in the scope cap. for example gun is set for 51 degrees, at 3200 feet, and i find myself hunting in 74 degrees, at 800 feet, with an 19 degree angle. i got the data right there. think i had the turret and the dial done for $150. on a ballistic comp, study the difference in bullet flight say fired at 600 yards at 34 degrees and 4000 feet, and compare to 74 degrees at 800 feet elevation, throw in an angle such as 4 degrees and compare to an angle such as 19 degrees, its a big difference, so the dial just gives ya a darn good reference, ya need the card for the rest. good luck.
