A few Grouse photos.
« on: April 28, 2008, 04:41:52 PM »
This weekend I saw and heard a ton of grouse. I got a few pictures and even had one almost make me have to change my shorts when it took off from under my feet.

This one was in the morning still on it's roost. It was about 20 feet up ontop of a large slash pile.

This guy was coming straight down the right side of the road.

This guy put on quite a show for me strutting his way in front of my truck puffing up and displaying his tail feathers. Even once he flew into a tree he continued to strut his stuff.

Here is another that I drove up on.

Cool pics.

Is the last one a blue?
May I always be the kind of person my dog thinks I am.
