Ive been wanting to go the last couple of years but cant bring myself to go. I hear the crowds are just insane. Not worth the drive for me, but hopefully you have some luck. Try to get some pictures of the crowds too, just curious to see what that place looks like after they open the flood gates.

There will have already been guys up there stashing their piles of sheds, I tried it one year and there were folks coming out with truck loads of sheds only 2 hours after the gate was opened. Something is a bit fishey there !!!

i went up last year for the first time and i'm glad to be at work today, the most exciting part was seeing the herds of people, lammas and horses.

Friend of mine went up to the Lt. Murray wildlife area "Joe Watt Canyon" feeding station.  Said there were so many people.  Found one small old 4 point mule deer shed was all.

Rougheye and I hit Joe watt Only to find a 3 point muley shed. Interesting how we found no elk sheds and other prople did not find much either. Oh wait, I know why. We found a camp up there with a ton of fresh cut wood and some wood structures and quad tracks. Now how could that happen? We figured they been there the week before and cleaned that place out.

I did the Oak Creek debacle many years ago and swore I would never do it again.  Folks were up there several nights before with flashlights stashing antlers.  Quads and horses running everywhere.  People running you off the road trying to get in before you.  Forget that crap.  All for a measly antler, no thanks.
