Oop's....my bad. Sorry about that. Didn't really take a good look at the photo before firing off the riddle BS. I don't see many Gadwall's around here. I usually don't duck hunt until after Thanksgiving and have only shot 2 in 30 year's of hunting.
Congratulation's on the band, your 1st triple (those can be hard to get too) and a great hunt.

Its ok. That is crazy that you have only shot two gadwalls in 30 years of hunting. We see tons of them and have had plenty of days where that is pretty much all we get. As for the triple, I have thought alot about it and I think it is my first. I have had plenty of doubles but pretty damn sure that was the only triple. What made it even better was that there were only three birds that came in so three come in, none leave.  :mgun:

What is an orange police?

Thosewho are always criticizing people in deer/elk hunting pics w/o their Blaze Orange on.   Can't quite fathom the fact that lots of us like to remove the orange for pictures.  Not natural IMO.  Nice shoot by the way.

Orange police, I like that one! Funny thing about all this is that when I shot my deer in Montana this year it died in a really cool spot and I thought it would make a perfect "As it lays" photo but was a little worried taking the picture and posting it on here because of the rash of crap I might take for not immediately tagging my animal. It is funny how people get but I like how people stick to the rules.  :) Take this thread, I could have shot so many birds a few minutes before shooting time but I always wait until my cell phone strikes shooting time. I don't know how many times I hear guys start banging away at least 10 minutes early. For me, I just wait no matter how tempting it is...  :twocents:

So you think it is ok for people to try and say we were over our hen limit without even know the facts and just glancing at a picture?

Thought we were all just joking around with the riddle that he put and not looking clearly at the pic.?

I wasn't referring to you Greg. I just was saying in general. Sorry for the misunderstanding.  :brew:
