What kind of Duck is this?

He was a long ways out in the water, so I had to resort to the 400 mm lens to get the photo and then I had to crop the daylights out of the photo in Photoshop. :(

 Specifically, a common goldeneye. Barrows have longer tail feathers and a slight crown. Good find.
