Mossy, i'm not a fan of pastrami either, but that looks darn good! I might have to try it as well. Whats funny is that we have the identical stove as you do. Mine doesn't have a Heinekin on it though darnit! John
Looks great! what did you use for the cure?
Trying to remember, it was a dry cure though. Mortons instacure, normal black pepper, paprika. I forget alot within a week.
