Can you still buy the everclear in Montana?

Yes.
I didn't say it was your fault, I said I was blaming you.
If I ageed with you, then we'd both be wrong.

Apple Pie

very sneaky doesn't taste like alcohol, even with the everclear, very good.

1 gal of apple juice
1 gal of apple cider or just another gallon of apple juice
4 cups of sugar
7 cinnamon sticks
1 fifth everclear
some people i heard put cloves in when boiling to.
add the apple juice, cider, cinnamon sticks, sugar an boil until cinnamon sticks lose there flavor(or open up all the way)let cool slightly then add the everclear chill pour and enjoy ur apple pie

How long with this store for? does it need to be refrigerated?

I bought some Everclear last year so I could make the "pie".
Never did get around to it...yet. I have some refrigerated that my aunt gave me and it's about 1.5 years old...still tastes like apple pie!

I'll have to try that one. We'd mix whiskey and apple juice from time to time. Stuff will get you in trouble though!

Here's the recipe for my cordial wine... the girls love it and it really sneaks up on you...

You need: one 1/5 of  100 proof vodka

               40oz of Berries/ chopped fruit

                5 cups sugar

empty 1 gallon jug (empty milk/water jugs work great)

Take all of the ingredients and put them in the jug. Seal the jug and shake well. let stand in cool dark place for 2 months. After it has sat for 2 months strain through some cheese cloth(very important) and bottle.

When serving mix with either 7 up or soda water (it cuts the syrupiness) I usually mix it 50/50 with soda water (less sugary)

You can't taste any alcohol.

Randomly saw the apple pie on a show tonight! Mentioned something about a little vanilla also, thought that might be a good addition.

I have used this site for both the Rasberry and Apple recipes.  And both turned out good.
