Your right Ice, As a Taxidermist my procedure is as follows.  When I get a woody, it is usually stiff as a board before it thaws all the way then it is nice and limp.  Then I inspect it and admire the beauty it has while checking it for any damage, AND at the same time making sure no fluids leak out of it.  If fluids do squirt out I make sure I clean it up right away so it doesn't stain anything.  Then I.................OOOOH I better stop before i get myself in trouble. :chuckle: :chuckle: :chuckle:  John

Ya you are not gonna want to trust your woody to just anybody. You should look for a pro to take care of that thing. Preserved properly you should enjoy that woody for decades.
