What camera's have you been using? I've never had any problems with any Stealth Cams, Bushnells, or Cudde's exposed to the rain for months on end.  :dunno:

I bought a wildview and i had it out in the rain for a couple days and it was no good ever since. I couldnt return it because it was not waterproof but around here thats what i need. out of those ones which one do you like the most?

I am not sure if there is a "waterproof" trailcam. I wouldn't want to back that warranty.

We have used a lot of them (moultries, cuddeback, wildview, bushnell) and never really had problems with the rain. They do get wet inside if you open them in the rain and I have had them build up condensation inside even when it is not raining.

My Moultrie D40's have served me very well.  They were out for 8 straight months last year.

I was a Stealth Cam guy for years, starting with the old 35mm cameras. . . Lately I think they've gone downhill a bit.

I'm on to the Bushnells now, love the AA batteries and it's battery life.  I'm using the 8 MP model now, and it's worked wonders for me, I'm probably around the 5000 picture mark with it and it works as well as day one.  Some guys say the older 5 MP models are more reliable though.  :dunno:
