Its not a matter of authority, Its a matter of helping out another hunter. A guy asks for help, gets a honest true answer, and that's what you have to say. I guess you are calling everyone on the site a liar. And if you read the post, fish and game would not tell him, and he could not find it in the regs.

I think the last recommendation was to legalize them in 2012.  Wait for it.    I would suggest spending your 50 bucks on a nice target to shoot at.

Well, all I can do is wait. So I will. And dont worry, I practice all the time, using a luminknock is an "after the fact" thing anyway and only helps in arrow recovery and knowing where your shot hit.


But I will say:
