I'm glad I am categorized as a traditionalist.  I'll remember that the next time I kill something with my compound or my 30-06....unless you mean I am traditional because I like to hunt and hunting is a tradition in my family.   Maybe thats what you mean. :)

Apparantly the pros need lights to find their arrows.   If they hit where they were aiming they might not have that problem.  :chuckle:   Then again traditionally thats what archers try to do.  Or is that archers traditionally try to do that or maybe its traditional archers try to do that.   So many labels.

It means I am sponsered. Check out the RW site if you want verification. Many people on this board and in the industry are sponsered. Do you know what the F this is now?  :)

Not trying to stir up a hornets nest here, Already did that once before... some hate any technology added to hunting, some dont mind it and think they should be able to use it.  Its a Ford Chevy convo a republican Dem convo.. nothing more.

All I can say, is I wish I could use illuminknocks.. they are pretty cool and do help in arrow retrevial, tracking, etc and anything that helps me get a quicker cleaner more effective kill on an animal on top of the practice I already do in basic shooting I am for.

Then you should show restraint.  Its easy to say I like them, wish they could have them.  To demonstrate your williness to tell us why automatically makes your statement arguemenative, and then we have another 12 page thread of the same thing.  Immediately lumping me into a category becasue I have a different view than you is insulting to a point.  It further divides us as a user group.  Its perfectly fine to have an opposing view.  My point was, he got his question answered and now we don't need to relive the past, especially since it has been hashed many times, with nothing but bitterness to show for it.  Its silly.

Go to the regs.  Do not trust what anyone says on this site.  They have no authority.  If your not sure call the Fish and Game folks.

Its not a matter of authority, :bash: Its a matter of helping out another hunter. :bash: A guy asks for help, gets a honest true answer, and that's what you have to say. I guess you are calling everyone on the site a liar. And if you read the post, fish and game would not tell him, and he could not find it in the regs.

Na this happens all the time here...  If you know the answer give the answer and back it up with a quote from the regs.  Most fishermen are liars...   :chuckle:

One to think about...

If you allow lumaknocks, would the next step be tracers for bullets so you can see the trail of your bullet as it hits the animal?

I know it sounds stupid (starting fires, etc) but that would provide a hand hold to arguments for lawyers to legalize these the "Next Step".

We are not talking fishing here. No quotes needed, when you know your facts. If you can't take another members word, then thats you deal. There is plenty of guys, I trust on here and would take there word. I don't need qutoes to back up what I say. ;) I also know what side of the mountain I am on as well. ;)
