opening morning modern rifle season 2009, he was sitting on the side of a ridge looking down into a draw and 2 bucks came running up the other side of the draw from down in a wheat field, he took a couple minutes to glass them and decide which one was bigger, so when they came into range they stopped because he changed from prone position to kneeling and as soon as he put his crosshairs on the buck he squeezed the trigger and the first time tropy dropped in its tracks, right on the trail back to his truck. just a shortened version of the story but definntly gets the point across.
