What you both fail to realize is that the St. Helens herd and BF have come to a truce.  They are planning on wiping out all the Rocky Mtn elk together, then the Roosevelt will take over total domination of the state.  See while you eastern guys were thinking you were doing things to help out the herd, the web footed BF on this side of the mtns were actually using both of you to gain the foothold they needed and now have complete and total control of everything east of the PCT.

Yes this solves several problems....

The natives will no longer be shooting all the big bulls since there will not be any...

there will no longer need to be spike only units or "trophy units" in the state,

you can hunt where ever you please with a 3 pt. minimum, no picking what side of the state to hunt.

and BF will slowly leave the state as the Rocky Mtn elk are made extinct.

According to my conversation with the Squatches I meant the intelligence gathered,, there is a going to be a giant BF powwow somewhere North of Spokane to decide how to proceed.

That is the Commander of the Arctic Underwater Ninja HALO Sapper Sniper Spaceshuttle Doorgunners.  Pretty elite unit.  Had no idea they were working with BF now.
