If you hear me out there using distress and cat calls, I'm experimenting calling in yotes with cougar calls added into my distress calls. see how it goes

Not sure if you are serious or not, but I have an idea that using cougar vocals might discourage the dogs.

lol. No, but i will be down there before first light calling for that damm cat, i hope me being out there first will detour a crowd of guys down there calling sounding like a vet torture area, really hope it doesn't end up sounding like a mini Guantanamo Bay.

Good luck to ya.
I hope someone gets lucky, but I would place my money on an educated cat.

Im actually thinking not. being so close to a community in a rather small area my bet is its a younge male that got pushed out of his area by a large older male. Then again im not the most veteran hunter.

It is only going to take one person to screw up the set up or use the wrong sound at the wrong time.

agreed. If it's a problem near a community it needs to be taken care of but not educated by the wrong person trying to bag an easy cat.

Welll........let me tell ya...
I was gonna give him a holler to go with me and bobcat until I found out I wasn't the only one given the map. If he wouldn't have been able to make it, we were still gonna run his vocals.

I wish you would have PM'd me. I live in Timberlakes and have hiked back there quite a bit. Lots of predator calling experience, too.

I guess I will have to go in there and kill that cat after everyone else fails.

Good luck everybody! I'm kidding and I really hope somebody gets some trigger time...
