What is the twist rate of the barrel?

Barrel length and rate of twist will help get an accurate answer

They're typically 1:9 like my DPMS ARs.  My ARs will pretty much shoot anything 68 grs or less with great accuracy.  Right now, I'm shooting more 40 gr and 50 gr V-Max loads than anything else.  When you're talking about "best" grain bullet, are you talking about long-range bullet-drop, wind drift, energy, etc.?   :dunno:
