EXERCISE!!! That dog is at a prime age for attention and exercise. Get her out away from the house and play with her. Find what she is really into and make it fun. Put a little time in with her, leash walks, jogging, fetch, find her a buddy (neighbor or friends dog) to play with. Chances are she is just bored. As mentioned try not to kennel her when you are trying to punish her, if you are going to kennel her do it BEFORE she is on trouble. There have been lots of posts on here about what to do with pups and dogs when you cannot be with them all the time. My dogs are kenneled whenever we are not home, at night, and when we are so busy we cannot keep an eye on them. My 2 year old lab gets at least and hour of play time with someone each day and has the older (much calmer) dog to run around with as well. Good luck.

Its amazing how much easier it is to deal with a puppy when they're worn out.

Puppies are like kids;  the more time you spend with them the better.  When I got my last dog, as a pup, I was just starting to build my house, so we were joined at the hip all summer.  She turned out to be a great pal.  She had her own stuff to chew when she was teething, or chewed on every cutoff piece of 2x4 that hit the deck.  Never chewed anything she wasn't supposed to.  Spend as much time with your pup as you can.  Dogs are People oriented critters, and they crave attention.

Can't punish a dog for being bored. That is your fault not pups. Maybe try to get some toys that have a treat inside they have to roll around and figure out? Make some toys or something to interest the pup while(I assume this is happening when your at work) he home a lone. hang something from a bungee cord off the top of the kennel etc......3 months is pretty young. Hot sauce, chili powder, bitter apple are all things you can try on the house.

Maybe pup has too much room too? try bringing the last kennel panel in, reduce space and eliminate the pup from being able to get at the house.....

I believe that if you can't watch pup, pup belongs in crate.  It can be a real pain to do, but if you're watching she's not going to get in trouble.

Exercise is key.

Remember, pups put everything in their mouths, whether or not it's bad for them.  Leaving them alone is an invitation for unwanted behavior.
