Ive been over a couple years to shoot rats around prosser and tri-cities. Some friends and I usually make the trip in early to mid April, but its always a gamble. If you go too early the females can still be pregnant. I prefer to wait until after the babies are born, then you can annihilate entire families. Good luck.
