My N Skagit Bear

9 May, 0820, 35-40 yds, stillhunting, 450 gummytips.  Nose to tail 80", girth 48", est wt 250-275? Stomach contents were 100% grass.

Yeah, congrats on the awesome bear!  Since I wasn't drawn, August can't come soon enough.  I already have trips planned for the whole month!   :)

Congrats old timer!
Glad to see you connect. You have put alot of time and effort in the last year to learn more about WA bears and their habits. I have to agree with Timber in that he looks to be better then 300#. Most of the time people guess way high, but I think you are the opposite. That bear has large pads, a big melon and a thick neck..and yes.. quite the package., I may as well say it before some one else. :chuckle:

My only question (right now) is if you killed it on the 9th why did it take you so long to tell us? lol
