Do not rule out a Carlson's choke made foe Hevi -13 and lead. Look them up on line and send then an email, they will let you know what works for your gun and shot. If you get to Lacey the Cabales chokes for HM are made by Carlson's. I have one on my Mossy 835 and I shoot Hevi - 13 #6 Mag Blend Dead Coyote and any lead shot I want. Around $55.00.

I used a Primos Jelly Head in my 870 with #5 Nitro mag turkey loads. They pattern real well.
I don't know what non-lead shot to tell you to use because I never tried any of them.

 :yeah:
I love how this combo patterned compared to my full choke. I was new toturkey hunting so I wanted something that held a tight pattern out to 40+ yards. Now that I have been hunting for a few years and the shots are getting cloder my full choke does well. If you go with the jellyhead be prpared for some seriuos kick. This year I am going to go with the new longbow!!

My last Tom was shot with my 870 using remington 4X6 ammo and a extra full turkey choke.  I put 4 pellets into the head and neck at over 50 yards.  I was happy with the pattern :chuckle:
