Well I finally got around to it made chicken breakfast sausage. I made it into pattys and I also copied BLK,s ground venison bacon.
I use hi mountain breakfast sausage seasoning 3 lbs of bacon ends and pieces 12 lbs of chicken breast.

Looks great the hi mtn seasoning is great stuff howed it taste with chicken hope it tasted as good as it looks

This is how it was in the patty taste good
dogs waiting for there chance to taste the work they did not die
I did what BTK did with the venison bacon and smoked it with Cherry smoke ( one pan at 165) until it reached 135 sliced with a knife fried and it actually had a Bacon taste. even better then the patties
even taste good on a pizza I will be making this again.
