Did you just win that bow at the RMEF dinner on the 26th? That is the same bow someone won that night. Congrats if it was you!!! They need more archery stuff at those dinners!!!!!!!
Anyway, just do an internet search for Eastmans Bow Tuning Guide and download it. It's all you need (besides the right equipment, which isn't much) to get your bow tuned and arrows shooting like darts 
You can probably just do a search on this web site for the guide, I have posted the link on here before.
