BURLY BASE
« on: March 01, 2011, 06:32:00 PM »
I found this shed last week, and thought I should share. It has the coolest base I have ever found, and it's big.

I've hunted almost everyday of my life, the rest have been wasted.

That is a great find!  Too bad you didn't find it when it was still fresh!

That's a dandy for sure, 85 would be pushing it how about 77 3/8.
Flyingbow now you need to put a tape on it. :chuckle:

That is gnarly!

I found this one a couple of years ago, too bad it had been on the ground for about 5 years when I found it!  Not near as gnarly as Flyinlongbow's, but it has a huge base.  I scored it at 77 6/8, but I'm not a pro at scoring.

Shed Stud, that antler taped out at 85 1/8 ,and the one to the left went 76 even.
My friend said he went conservative and wants to measure it again.
My heart jumped when I saw it. There was no missing it.
