Silver Arrow always puts on a great shoot! Excellent course and facilities, and great people. Are you putting out any of those new targets you just got in?

Very excited, hopefully the Trad turnout is as good as it was at the Whidbey shoot!

I think I need a few more practice rounds before I embarrass myself anymore than I already do with my training wheels. How was the shoot today I couldn't make had to work

We had just shy of 100 shooters today. Most watched the weather forecast and showed up late. I think we only had 35 shooters by 10:30 when i went out. A little muddy but not too much rain. Tomorrow should be good weather. 8:30 meeting for Flight assignments. Biscuits and gravy at 7am.. I had a few 0 today i had to set my new sites before shooting and went out with my little girl who shot with me... I'm all alone tomorrow so hopefully I'll have no 0.. We reset tonight and there will be some cool shots. especially if you liked the 2 Havoline that looked like a bunch of spots! See you there in the AM!

We had a really good shoot today. I hope everyone liked the course, because i helped reset some of it for today.
Didn't help my score tho still had 4 0's.
I used the wrong pin on a chip shot frog and totally missed.
and i busted 1 arrow when i misjudged the yardage... I need to shoot more. It was a great day to shoot and i had a great time with 4 other guys. Thank you for everyone that showed up! We are holding the WSAA state 3d this year and will have a completely new course for it. We currently have 30 target butts and are adding 15 more. We will be improving the quantity of targets and the safety of the course. We will have 3 15 target loops that can be shot and then head back to the clubhouse with several chances to bail on shooting and return safely on designated "safe trails" without having to worry about other archers shooting at you.

You guys are doing a lot of work on the course. The state 3-d should be a great shoot.

You guys are doing a great job there... my thanks to Gail, David, Tad and the rest of the Silver Arrow Bowmen who put in all the hard work. The State 3D will be awesome! Can't wait to shoot the new 15 target layout.

The State shoot will be nearly all new range. I think only a handful of the 30 targets will be the same. We will also be putting out all our new Rhineheart targets as well. It is very unusual for a club to get the state shoot So close to that last time they had it. we had it 2 years ago. I'm very excited about our range changes. We will eventually have 3 15 target loops with 2 different 101yard shots. Also improved safety with a return road that will allow people to bail out of the course at different points and still remain safe.

Thanks for the info. I was at the shoot two years ago and it was very good so I expect this one to be great. Fingers crossed for some good weather. It seems to be pretty early in the year.
