My dad just got a brand new scope to replace a 30+ year old Bushnell that the seals finally gave out on. We just called them, there is a form that you can fill out online, but you have to print a copy to send in with your scope. We packed the thing and sent it back and a couple of weeks later my dad got a new scope in the mail. They also sent him a couple of e-mails to let him know what was going on. One when they decided not to repair his old scope, another when the replacement had aproved, and a third one when his new scope was shipped. They were very easy to work with.
