Great pics Bone, seen any of the early hatch out running around yet.  Saw one in the mouth of one of the Feral cats running round my house.  Unfortunately, no gun was at hand to whack said kitty kitty.

A couple weeks ago I seen an entire family of these little beauties, the, what I gather is the mom and pop were standing along our driveway with around 10 iddy biddy buggers just crusing 700 mph crossing the road, sure wished I had a better lens for my camera  :DOH:

Thanks for the pics. They have a bunch of quails that live in the bushes down at the park on the side of Lake Washington. I can never seem to be there and have my camera at the same time that they crawl out of the bushes in the morning to sun themselves. I never ate quail.
