Anyone know if the lake is still ice up or if it is thawed out yet?

The lake is mostly thawed; some ice in places but not much as of last weekend.

Has anyone fished Moses recently for walleye?  I am planning on heading there on saturday but have heard no reports of any kind yet.  Just hoping that someone has some info for me.  Otherwise I may change my destination a bit.

I decided to just say the hell with it and go anyways.  I have never fished for walleye specificly but have caught a couple incidently.  Either way it should be a learning experience, fish or no fish.  Any day away from work is a good day, any day fishing is a better day, and any day catching fish is a great day.

The water is really low on Moses still hard to find a good boat launch. The pot holes is pretty good I have heard they are catching them in the Lind coulee arm.

Well didn't catch any today.  We launched at what used to be the state park.  Fished a few different areas with no luck.  Brother did end up catching one decent sized rainbow by accident.  Whatever works I suppose.  Will try to go back when the water warms up a bit.
